Custom Digital Services
All services are custom, AI-generated, and delivered digitally. No physical products are provided.
Payment & Booking
A non-refundable 50% retainer or payment in full is required to reserve your project. Production does not begin until payment is paid in full. All payments are non-refundable once work begins.
Client Materials & Timing
You will receive a Client Questionnaire after final payment. All required materials must be submitted within 7 days of final payment to avoid cancellation and forfeiture.
Creative Process & AI Expectations
AI imagery is creative and interpretive. While best efforts are made to follow your preferences, exact outcomes, likeness, or replication of reference images are not guaranteed.
Adjustment Period
It’s normal for personal preference or emotional reactions to vary when viewing AI-generated visuals. This adjustment period is not grounds for refunds.
Revisions & Corrections
Revisions are included only if stated in your package. Clear technical or generation errors may be corrected. Additional creative changes may require an added fee.
Content Guidelines
We do not create adult, sexually explicit, political, misleading, deceptive, or “catfish” content. We also don’t create visuals that promote hate, violence, or discrimination. We keep things classy, on-brand, and safe for any audience.
AI Personas
Fictional or AI-generated personas (including AI influencers) are permitted when not used to misrepresent real individuals. Required disclosures are the client’s responsibility.
Usage Rights
You receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered content for personal and business purposes. Content may not be resold or used as stock.
Proprietary Materials
Our processes, systems, and creative methods are proprietary and may not be copied, shared, or reused.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee engagement, sales, platform approval, or performance results.
